With Signature Station, staff can push a digital contract directly to a separate customer-facing screen, such as a tablet on the reception desk. The customer can instantly review and sign the contract without opening email links, downloading apps, or borrowing an employee's device.
How Signature Station Works
The signing process is fully managed by your staff, meaning the customer doesn't have to worry about any technical steps.

Connect
Staff connects a separate display, such as a tablet, to act as the Signature Station.

Send
Once the contract is ready in KeyRegister, the employee selects 'Add signature' and pushes the contract to the Signature Station.

Sign
The contract opens on the customer display, where they can easily review and sign it.

Complete
Staff monitors the signing progress from their own screen. Once the signature is complete, the customer display returns to standby mode, ready for the next customer.
The customer doesn't need to log in, search for a reservation number, or download any apps. Staff controls the workflow within KeyRegister, ensuring a seamless signing experience for the customer.

We wanted to make deployment as cost-effective as possible. Signature Station doesn't require purchasing any proprietary hardware. It runs via a web browser on standard touch-screen devices, allowing teams to utilize a tablet or display that best fits their office environment.
For the best user experience, we recommend using a modern 10–11 inch tablet in landscape orientation, locked in kiosk mode. This creates a dedicated signing terminal that is easy for staff to manage and effortless for customers to use.
