Keep LivionKey User Management in Microsoft Entra ID

LivionKey Register now offers SCIM-based user provisioning, helping organisations manage LivionKey users through their existing identity-management process.

When people join an organisation, change responsibilities, or leave, their application access needs to follow. Repeating those updates separately in every application creates unnecessary administration.

SCIM is an open standard for provisioning users between compatible identity platforms and cloud applications. LivionKey Register can use SCIM to provision users, keep their account status in sync, and assign the appropriate LivionKey role. Our currently documented setup uses Microsoft Entra ID.

How SSO and SCIM Work Together

Single sign-on (SSO) and SCIM solve different parts of identity management. SSO lets users sign in to LivionKey with their Microsoft or Google account. SCIM manages the user lifecycle behind that access.

With the documented Microsoft Entra ID setup, IT teams can select who needs LivionKey access and maintain role and account-status changes in Entra. The SCIM connection carries those updates to the organisation's LivionKey Register.

The practical benefit is simple: routine LivionKey user administration can stay in the identity-management process your IT team already uses.
