## How the Automated Loop Works

1. **Service Appointment & Smart Drop-Off:** When a customer schedules a service appointment, they automatically receive a PIN code via SMS. This allows them to drop their key in the LivionKey locker the night before or early in the morning, completely bypassing the reception queue.
2. **Technician Access:** Mechanics receive a code to fetch the key and start work immediately. There is no downtime waiting for reception to hand over keys, and all activity is logged in the system.
3. **Service Completion & Payment:** When the repair is finished, the cost is entered into the DMS. Fortus Pay automatically sends a 'Pay-By-Link' to the customer via SMS. They can pay via Card, Swish, or Invoice (with Fortus assuming the credit risk).
4. **24/7 Pickup:** Once paid, the customer receives their pickup PIN instantly. They can collect their vehicle late at night or on weekends without you needing staff on-site.
